Privacy and PDPA Notice

Effective 10 July 2026

1. Scope and organisation

This notice explains how Wy Hang Tan, the provider of LarpFi in the Apple App Store, handles personal data. It addresses the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and general App Store privacy disclosure requirements. Privacy and Data Protection contact: wyhang2006gt@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect in the App

Provider does not require registration and does not operate an advertising, analytics, profiling, or user-account backend for the App. Provider does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, device identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, financial account credentials, fictional balances, transaction entries, or other content you type into the App. The App does not request tracking permission and does not track you across apps or websites.

3. Local app data

Your prop choices are stored in an on-device SQLite key-value database inside the App sandbox. Entered values are not uploaded or transmitted to Provider. A legacy device-preference value may be read once solely to migrate an earlier app version. You can erase local content by deleting the App, subject to device backup behaviour controlled by you and Apple.

4. Purchases handled by Apple

In-app purchases are processed solely through Apple StoreKit and your Apple Account. Apple may process purchase identifiers, receipts, storefront, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, and account information under Apple's privacy policy and terms. The App checks Apple's cryptographically verified entitlement result to determine whether Full Access is unlocked. Provider does not receive your full card or bank details. Apple acts under its own legal responsibilities for data it independently controls.

5. Support communications

If you voluntarily email us, we receive the address, message, attachments, and technical details you choose to include. We use these details to answer your request, protect the App, comply with law, and maintain a support record. Do not send real bank credentials, identity documents, or sensitive financial information. Our lawful purposes include responding to your request, performing our agreement, legitimate product-support interests, and legal compliance, as applicable.

6. Website hosting

This static website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cookies, accounts, or contact forms. Vercel hosts the website and may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser details, and security logs, to deliver and protect the service under its own privacy terms.

7. Disclosure and processors

We do not sell personal data or share it for behavioural advertising. Support messages may be handled by providers that host our email or business systems under appropriate obligations. Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganisation. Apple, Expo/EAS, Vercel, and email providers may process information independently under their respective terms. No third-party analytics SDK is embedded in the production App.

8. International transfers

Service providers or Apple services may process information outside Singapore. Where Provider transfers personal data, Provider will take steps required by the PDPA to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, using contractual, organisational, or other lawful safeguards as appropriate.

9. Retention

Locally stored App data remains until you change it, reset it, or delete the App. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain security and business records, or meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Apple controls retention of Apple Account and transaction records. Website security logs are retained according to Vercel's service practices.

10. Security

The App uses Apple's application sandbox and StoreKit verification. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for support information. No method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your device, Apple Account, passcode, and backups secure.

11. Your PDPA rights

Subject to applicable exceptions, you may ask whether Provider holds personal data about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask a privacy question. Email wyhang2006gt@gmail.com with enough information to identify the relevant support interaction. We may verify your identity and may charge a permitted reasonable access fee after informing you. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and may limit our ability to provide support. Complaints may also be made to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission.

12. Children

The App is a general-audience creative tool and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data through an account service. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal data to support should contact us for review and deletion where appropriate.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this notice to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Privacy, Data Protection, and support contact: wyhang2006gt@gmail.com.
