Purchases and restoration

Purchases are processed by Apple. Open LarpFi's Full Access screen and select Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Subscription billing and cancellation are managed in Apple Account Settings.

Before contacting support

• Confirm that iOS and LarpFi are up to date.
• Restart the app and check your internet connection when loading StoreKit products.
• Do not send passwords, payment-card details, bank credentials, identity documents, or other sensitive financial information.

What LarpFi does

LarpFi is a fictional prop tool. It cannot access real accounts, transfer funds, execute trades, or verify payment or wealth.

Include the app version, iOS version, device model, and a concise description of the issue. Support is provided in English.
